Good afternoon all students,
I wanted to thank you for taking the time to complete the recent SCEQ survey that was distributed last term. I was pleased that the majority of students took the time to complete this brief survey as I was interested in hearing from EVERY student!
I have reviewed your comments and suggestions and wanted to share some of the areas that I will be working to update and improve over the next 2 months.
-Vending options and machines- we will be updating equipment and offering a wider variety of options
-Custodial services- adjustment in service to improve the cleanliness of restrooms, classrooms, and labs
-iPads- all students will receive an iPad during their first term beginning this term
-Campus opening earlier at 7am- campus classrooms and the LRC will open earlier to allow student access to resources before morning classes
-Increase in student events- award ceremonies, food trucks, ice cream socials, etc.
-Classroom resources- updates to chairs, speakers, and tables
While this is not the entire list of changes you will see, these were some of the most frequently requested within the survey. I hope that many, if not all of the improvements will enhance your experience during your time with us here at ECPI University!
