McDonald’s and ECPI University Team Up for Job Fairs
Attracting new employees and incentivizing them with up to $6,000 in college tuition assistance are the twin goals of job fairs that ECPI University will host for McDonald’s restaurants.
Through its Archways To Opportunity Tuition Assistance Program, McDonald’s already offers $2,500 for members of its restaurant crews and $3,000 for managers. ECPI will match that amount dollar for dollar through its Educational Partnership Program (EPP). The school will also waive all application and registration fees and provide a 15% tuition discount to ECPI for those McDonald’s employees and their immediate family members who do not qualify for the EPP grant.
