Under the guidance and direction of Chef Rose Picard, Culinary Arts Faculty at ECPI University’s College of Culinary Arts, students from the Culinary Institute of Virginia (CIV) in Richmond crafted an AMAZING gingerbread replica of our Glen Allen Campus.
The “Gingerbread Campus” is currently on display in the ECPI/CIV lobby at 11104 West Broad Street in Glen Allen.
